I work nearby and have tried just about all of the eateries in the neighbourhood and this is the one I keep coming back to.
I seem to eat here 2 or 3 times a week much to the detriment of my waistline. The staff is friendly and seem to work smoothly together The service is fast. When I am in a hurry I always know that I will be served here and have time to do every thing else I need to do on my 1/2hour lunch break. And of course the food is consistently awesome.
This has got to be one of the best run fast food franchises I have ever visited -

A & W are a rare breed here. There are not too many around the town.
I was surprised to see this one. I guess I am not in this part of town much.
Although this is not my favourite A & W, I have to give it a solid four. It was a clean restaurant, friendly service , hot food and fast. -

I've been spending the week working in Lower Sackville, and only have a half hour for lunch. This A&W was directly across the street so I decided to eat here to maximize my time.
My server was snippy when I inquired about two similar sounding combos, I'm sorry I'm not a regular. I'm not a burger gal, so I went with the chubby chicken strip combo. The "chicken" was lukewarm, floppy, ridiculously thin and rubbery. My fries were cold and undercooked, aka gross. Definitely one of the worst "meals" I've had in a long time.
The only redeeming feature of this place, was that they have the frosted mugs. This was not enough to get a second star. -

Though I enjoy a good A&W burger every now and again I find this particular location to be one a hit or miss.
Lately it's been more miss.
We enjoy our onion rings nice and crispy and fresh. We only get them that way here if we specifically ask for them that way. Why do we have to ask for them fresh? Because more often than not they aren't. It's even worse for the fries... gross.
But if it's a sandwich it usually does the trick. -

This is a brand new location in Lower Sackville. I love the nostalgia of A&W and the food seams to taste the same from when I was a child. This location was very clean and efficient. Drive-thru is fast and I have not encounter any errors so far. Love the big frosty mugs of root beer you get when you dine in. The sirloin burger is very tasty... Ehmmmmm!
